When planning the method of transportation there are a couple of ways to travel. An airplane is the way to go for people that want to get to the island and start their vacation. The Virgin Islands are located in the Atlantic Ocean and rests on the southeast of Puerto Rico. There is much that you could do while there. One could make a wild night of it while drinking and dancing at the clubs. Then the next day one might like to take it easy at a spa resort. There are a barrage of sights to see on an island tour. Perhaps you will want to jump over to Puerto Rico when you are finished to experience the Latin lifestyle. Whether you are sipping Margaritas with the locals or on a sight seeing adventure tour to the volcanoes, this island has much to offer.
Maybe you would like somewhere that offers Asian culture. Japan is an island that is full of history and culture. It is in the Pacific Ocean located off East Asia. The climate in Japan varies; it has cold winters and cool summers. The temperature differs according the area of the island you are visiting. Tokyo is a city in Japan that is booming with many sights to see and a lot of local flavor. If you want a scene on this island that is more tranquil, you might try a tour of some of the shrines or temples.
Perhaps Luzon Island sounds like a nice place to visit. It is the largest island in the Philippines and the seventeenth largest worldwide. It sits in the middle of the Philippine Sea and the South China Sea. The island itself houses mountains, volcanoes and national parks. Therefore, people who love to sight see, this destination has a lot of majestic sight to offer.
Nestled away in the Indian Ocean, Northwest of Australia is a placed called Java Indonesia. It was formed from a chain of volcanoes that continually erupted through out history. Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, is on this island. It might be that while there you could try some authentic Indonesian cuisine. If the mountains and volcanoes are not enough to captivate someone then perchance the people and rich culture will. This destination is extremely populous so be prepared to be surrounded by excitement and flurry. North east of Java is Singapore, Singapore. It is an island city-state and is only one hundred thirty seven miles North of the Equator. Tourism is one if its largest industries so it has a plethora of things to do once your there. Due to the diversity of the population, it offers many different types of cultural experiences.
Madagascar has coral beaches and lagoons to dive into. It is located in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Africa and is the fourth largest island in the world. This get away is a tropical island that offers exploring, adventure, history, rare wildlife and unique cuisine. This paradise has been isolated from surrounding continents for and extremely long time. Due to this isolation, there are many different kinds of plants and animals that you will not find anywhere else on earth.
